Dear Pope Francis,
It is with the utmost honour and privilege that I write to you today. As the Head of Our Lady & St Kenelm Catholic Primary School, I had the profound joy of meeting you in February 2023, an experience that I will cherish forever.
From the moment I laid eyes on you, I was struck by your unwavering compassion and humility. You are truly an honourable man, a Pope for the people, who always puts the needs of others, especially the poor, before your own. When I met you, it was as if I were reuniting with a long-lost grandad – your kindness and care were palpable, and I felt an immediate connection to your warm and gentle spirit.
I will never forget the time I spent in your presence, and I will keep you in my heart forever. You are a true inspiration, a beacon of hope and faith for all who are fortunate enough to cross your path.
We love you, Papa Jorge, and we are forever grateful for the profound impact you have had on our lives.
Sincerely, Christine Finnegan
