A great loss, a great legacy and a great example. Adhering to Jesus' teaching throughout, how can that be wrong? Let us hope and pray that the momentum he has set up will be maintained, carrying forward to truth and transparency where the church can continue to heal from its past errors. A surprise when he was elected Pope, but it shows that the conclave has wisdom and foresight, not to mention God's guiding hand. He had no need of the trappings of office, and yet used them wisely. He now has no need of the trappings of office, for surely, he will be rewarded.
